Rahmina

Content & sources

Everything has a source.

We share openly where the content in Rahmina comes from and how it is reviewed.

Source policy

Every ayah, hadith, and dua links to its primary source (the Qur'an and trusted hadith collections). Scientific content is based on current pregnancy guidelines. Source links appear on each content card.

Spiritual content

  • Verses

Arabic text, translation and surah and ayah numbers. The source link goes to quran.com.

  • Hadith

Collection, hadith number and grade (for example, sahih). The source link goes to sunnah.com.

  • Duas

Arabic text, transliteration and translation, each with its surah and ayah reference.

  • Fiqh notes

Some weeks include a short fiqh note that states which school it follows: Hanafi, Shafi'i, Maliki or Hanbali.

Scientific content

Each week's science section covers your baby's development, how big they are this week and what's changing for you. Every section cites at least one trusted source, such as the NHS and PubMed.

Advisory review process

Religious content is reviewed by a qualified advisor before publication. Only approved content is shown in the app.
